Each category includes star ratings, percentages, predefined Experience Bubbles and optional comments. If a category isn’t relevant, it is excluded from the score.

The inmovoto.es Precision Bar™ is our next-generation rating tool designed to replace outdated, emotional 1–5 star systems. It combines classic 5-star simplicity, modern half-star precision, percentage scoring for clarity, category-based structure, dynamic explanations and Experience Bubbles for clean, consistent feedback. It can be used as easily as any star rating, but offers more accuracy for those who want detail. This gives clients a clear way to describe their experience and provides professionals with a fair, balanced evaluation.

Experience Bubbles are short, predefined service statements that help clients describe their experience quickly and professionally. They keep reviews structured, focused on service and aligned with privacy rules. Comments are optional.

The inmovoto.es Career Passport™ is a timeline of each professional’s real-estate career, including current and former agencies, reviews tied to the correct periods, and authenticated sales and rentals where available. History cannot be reset or hidden. It provides a transparent, factual representation of a professional’s journey - a true, living CV that follows them throughout their career.
How does inmovoto.es handle privacy?
inmovoto.es processes information directly related to professional activity, including name, professional licence or NIF/NIE where appropriate, public or professional contact details, verified work history and professional performance indicators. Private or irrelevant personal data is not displayed. Sensitive or inappropriate content in reviews is moderated or removed. Reviewer identities are verified privately but never made public. All data handling follows GDPR and Spanish data-protection requirements.
